Trésor Chovu
With 15 years of experience in facilitating investments in Africa, Trésor Chovu is in charge of the management and strategic direction of the company.
He advised numerous companies and investors in the mining, oil & gas, energy, Infrastructure as well as governments on how to channel investments and boost trade in countries in Africa. Trésor has direct involvement in negotiating mining and oil & gas assets in Angola, Botswana, Congo Brazzaville, the Democratic Republic of Congo, Gabon, Namibia, Sierra Leone, South Sudan and Zimbabwe.
Some of his previous clients include IM Power PLC (UK), Simba Energy (Canada), Global Investment Bank Limited (Dubai).
Trésor is fluent in both English and French. He is an international speaker with a focus on investments in mining, energy and on how African governments can improve their business environment. He is a regular panelist on mining for the African Union and a contributor to various media and forums. Trésor featured on the BBC, Africa Mining Magazine, AlJazeera among others.
Among other activities, Trésor is a member of the UK Angel Investment Network and currently sits on the advisory board of The Critical Minerals Fund He holds a bachelor degree in Political Science and Development Studies from the School of Oriental and African Studies (SOAS) in the United Kingdom.
Christelle Nzamba Chovu

Christelle has proven experience in operations and management relationships of stakeholders with the private sector and governments.
After studying Gemology in the United Kingdom, she worked for Debeers Exploration DRC as Management and Procurement Assistant. She then joined the British embassy in Kinshasa as Migration and Prosperity Officer where she reported directly to the British Ambassador and was partly in charge of helping UK companies including mining and oil & gas companies to operate and win businesses in the Democratic Republic of Congo and Congo Brazzaville.
She regularly collaborated and managed relationships with senior UK government officials, private and public UK companies as well as the DRC and Congo Brazzaville governments.
Christelle is also the Managing Director of NCY Company, a privately held company she co-founded to provide maintenance services in central Africa.
Tarica Mpinga
Natural Resources Finance Adviser
Tarica is a London based investment banker and corporate finance executive who has been mainly involved with BMO Capital and Canaccord Genuity. He has over 20 years of experience in originating, structuring, executing advising and raising funds for natural resources projects. He successfully originated and executed transactions in excess of USD15 billion from IPOs to debt structuring as well as merger and acquisition. Tarica has financed deals in Congo B, the DRC, Ghana, Nigeria, Guinea, Senegal as well as Colombia, Guatemala and Venezuela.
Tarica holds a Msc in Management from the University of Sherbrooke and Bsc in Economics from HEC Montreal.
